Why This Work Matters
Across the United States, millions of boys are growing up without consistent male guidance and mentorship.
• Approximately 1 in 4 children in the United States live without a father in the home.
• Boys raised without involved fathers are significantly more likely to struggle with behavioral issues, academic challenges, and emotional difficulties.
• Mentorship has been shown to improve self-confidence, school engagement, and long-term outcomes for at-risk youth.
• Young men who are provided structure, accountability, and positive male role models are more likely to develop resilience, leadership skills, and healthy life habits.
While statistics tell part of the story, the real need is visible in our own communities. Many boys simply need a consistent man to believe in them, challenge them, and help guide them toward purpose.
What Your Sponsorship Provides
- 12 months of membership at Forge Fitness
- Three structured sessions per week with a coach
- Strength and conditioning instruction
- Biblical mentorship and leadership development
- Character-building curriculum
- Ongoing accountability and coaching
- Progress evaluations and goal-setting
- Access to a supportive brotherhood of mentors and peers.
- Upon successful completion of the program, participants may apply for educational assistance to pursue trade school, vocational certification, or college.

Full Scholarship Sponsor —
$3,000
A gift of $3,000 fully sponsors one young man for an entire year of faith-based mentorship, strength training, and leadership development.
Leadership & Education Sponsor — $5,000
A gift of $5,000 provides a comprehensive investment including full one-year scholarship ($3,000), educational scholarship ($1,500), and leadership resources ($500).
Legacy Sponsor — $10,000
A gift of $10,000 supports multiple young men, including two full one-year scholarships, and two ($2,000) educational grants towards trade or formal education.
Mission Support Donation
Mission support donations, help support program operations, educational resources, mentorship initiatives, youth scholarships, training equipment and community outreach efforts.
